InZu / Job StringGlobal ApS / Jobs String ApS (hereinafter “InZu”, “job String” “we”, “our” or “us”) helps companies to find employees and job seekers to find their desired job. We, as data controller, collect and process your information when you use our services.
You are therefore kindly requested to read our Privacy Policy to understand as to how we collect and process your data and/or personal information and to whom we may disclose the information.
You create/get a personal user profile on our website to use our services. You become known to us as soon as you create a user profile on our website, which helps us to understand with what kind of services we can help you with. You have the option to remain anonymous to other companies.
In any case, we take good care of your information and you must therefore be confident that we will collect and process your information in a secure and transparent manner.

We collect and process data within the framework of current relevant legislation and any changes thereof.
Creating a user profile
We save your email address (if provided), your contact details, such as your name, telephone number and address when you create a user profile or if the user profile is created automatically or manually because you have asked for one of our services. You have the option of editing your information, signup for a job agent, subscribe to newsletter, read brochures etc. The purpose of registering is to provide you any required services and make the same as relevant as possible. Please make sure you keep the profile updated to ensure relevant of services for you.
Deleting your user profile
You can delete your profile and any connected services (job agent, CV, cover letter etc.) anytime by logging into your user profile. The information will be deleted permanently after 3 months of your request of deletion, unless the same is required or allowed to be kept for a longer period under the relevant law. The reason for this cap of 3 months is to ensure that the information is not deleted accidently.
Creating or uploading a CV on InZu’s / Job String’s website
Your information along with your CV (whether you create or upload), cover letter, reference letter, or any other documents you upload on InZu’s / Job String’s website will be registered and stored in our data base for such purpose so the companies who are interested to consider your for any position be able to contact you.
Inactive profile, no login for 6 months will be taken down as offline from our data base to ensure that only active and updated information is available to any prospective employer. You will get a reminder before your profile expires so you have a chance to decide whether to keep your update information in our date base or delete it. All your information will be deleted from our data base after 2 years. You can update or delete your information anytime, but if you wish to delete your information completely, you must delete your profile, not only your CV or other documents.
Your CV and other information for companies/prospective employers
We will remove your name, address, phone number, picture, name of your present or previous employers, any attached document and education institutions to make it anonymous. The prospective employers will only be able to access your experience and qualifications to evaluate your eligibility as their prospective candidate for employment with them.
If you fill the anonymous form, please make sure you do not enter the information that could identify you. You will not be anonymous for InZu / Job String but If the prospective employer after reading your personal and professional presentation will like to contact you, you will be informed via InZu. You can decide whether to pursue the conversation or not, decision is yours. Only if you will accept to explore the possibility of being hired, your information and contact details will be made available to your prospective employer for 90 days and will thereafter be removed from their access.
If you start communication with your prospective employer, they will become the independent data controller to process your personal information, which means InZu / Job String/ Job Stringwill not anymore be responsible for the processing of your personal data.
If the prospective employer request us to contact you on their behalf, we will do that via your user profile, via telephone or via email. Any comments you will make during this communication will be shared with the prospective employer on anonymous basis, if this is what you requested, without disclosing your personal information, including your previous employers or your education institution.
You feedback or comments will expire within 90 days or if the job advert is closed for application, whichever is earlier. The communication will be inaccessible to you are the company after 2 years, which means the whole communication relating to the enquiry will be deleted after 2 years.
We keep track of companies and recruitment agencies approached the candidate information and the list of candidates they contacted along with any relevant communication through our platform. We reserve the right to delete any contents we find inappropriate or against any local laws, or international norms.
Applying for a job Via InZu’s / Jobs String’s Portal
Before applying for a position, you will be requested to enter your information, including your name, phone and email address, unless you already have a profile, in which case you will just login, edit your information, update your CV, cover letter and send the application.
In case you do not have a profile on InZu’s / Jobs String’s platform, we will help but you need to confirm it via a link sent to you.
The information in your application will be treated confidentially and will be available for persons involved in the recruitment process, which means only InZu / Job String and the company interested to hire you will have access your application (as also explained before). You may not share your race, nationality, sexual orientation, religious affiliations, criminal record etc. unless specifically requested.
We collect your personal information, you entered, any documents you provided and history of the jobs you applied for to process and assess your suitability for the job you applied for and to contact you for the current or future available positions. Information about gender or nationality may only be used for statistical purposes.
You may however decide if you wish to be considered for this job only or you wish to be considered for any future similar available positions. If you opt to be considered for other jobs, we will contact you about other relevant jobs if we will consider your qualifications match. You can however accept or decline to engage in the communication for other jobs.
Any changes or deletion of your information or application (including your CV, cover letter or any other documents) may be restricted for legal reasons for a certain period of time if the process of the recruitment has already been started for a certain position. You are however allowed to delete your application, along with enclosed documents, anytime you wish after 12 months are completed after the recruitment process is concluded. You will be informed when you will be allowed to delete your application. You are however allowed to change your information for new applications as and when you wish by logging into your profile. If you do not update or access your information for 5 years, your information will be deleted permanently.
Job Agents, we will process your personal data
You agree at the time of your creating job agetns that InZu / Job Stringwill process your personal information. If you don’t wish to agree, we can’t update you via email about the new job openings that may be of your interest. The job agent will be deactivated if you do not click on the ad in the job agent for 12 months. We will however send you a reminder before your job agent will expire.
You can modify or delete your job agents at any time by logging into your profile page at InZu. Modification will take effect immediately, but the deletion will be marked for 3 months and thereafter will be deleted permanently in order to minimize the risk of deletion in error.
Newsletter, brochure, registration for a seminar/webinar etc. – we will process your personal data
Similar to that of job agents, we will process your personal information when you will sign up for our newsletter or brochure or any event. You can unsubscribe any time by logging into your personal profile at InZu / Job String. We use behavioral cookies to record about your interest in opening your email, reading various articles/pages to formulate personalized news, market survey, registration for events, seminars/webinars, courses, evaluation forms etc. to make it as relevant as possible. The registration information is stored in our server for up to 5 years, however, any information, including CV, cover letter any documents, recommendations/referene letters about a specific application will be deleted 12 months after the end of the recruitment process.
If you participate in any physical event or webinar, you consent that the pictures can be taken, and video can be recorded to use for social media posts or any publications.
What information / personal data we collect/process
We collect the date necessary for the services you requested or chose to use. We collect the following general information:
Name, email address, your address, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, gender, login information of your profile, information about your previous and present employers, cookies, IP address etc.
Please do not provide your sensitive personal information, such as information about your race, political or religious affiliations, sexual orientation, health information, your secret address or telephone number or CPR number to us. If it comes to our notice that you have provided/uploaded such information on our platform, we will immediately delete such information.
Where is my data saved?
If we are the data controller of your information, we save your information to our server, which is provided by one.com and is also saved in our server. When any other company is data controller of your information, they store your date according to their data protection policy.
Disclosure of information
As mentioned in our general privacy policy (see under Transfer of your personal information), we may disclose your personal data in the following way to the following to the extent necessary in connection with your use of our services/products or required by any legislation or public authority:
- InZu’s / Jobs String’s affiliated companies, working partners, associates;
- In connection with the services requested: service providers, recruitment consultants, recruiting clients/companies, business partners with whom we have working partnership or other cooperating partners, including cooperating partners in connection with a recruitment process, technical support teams, delivery services and financial institutions;
- Public authorities, if required by the law or under any court ruling or for the purpose of the research projects.
External companies will not receive or process your personal information unless the law permits the disclosure and processing hereof. In this case, If the external companies or cooperating partners or recruitment consultants are independent data controllers, your personal information will be processed in accordance with their own data privacy policy/data protection policy.
InZu / Job String will only disclose your personal information to countries outside the EU/EEA in accordance with the law, if so required to perform a requested service, and where necessary to construct and/or to maintain our platform/website.
Your rights as a data subject
We are focused on protecting your personal data and securing your rights as a data subject. As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- You have right to access, which mean you can ask for copies of the information we process about you;
- You have a right to rectification of any inaccurate personal data;
- You have right to ask for erasure of personal data if the purpose for which it was processed has been met, there is no other legal basis for processing your personal data (such as InZu’s / Jobs String’s overriding interests), personal data must be deleted in order to meet a legal obligation under EU law or Danish law, unless the processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations, bring forward legal claims or to defend a claim;
- You have right to restrict processing the data, in certain situations. In this case the personal data to be, with the exception of storage, only processed with the consent of data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defend any claims or perform legal obligations.

Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of your personal data depends on your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent by emailing at info@inzuglobal.com. This will however not affect the processing of your personal data prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
